Recent Consulting Projects

Our strong commitment to confidentiality does not allow us to divulge details of any given project or client; however, the following list provides examples of the types of projects we have been involved with for clients: 

  • Provided strategic advice for program / experimental design and execution.

  • Conducted in-depth literature/patent searches directed toward project definition, patent analysis, competitive analysis, or materials procurement.

  • In conjunction with our affiliation with Delaware Polymer, conducted laboratory experiments to provide early laboratory data for beginning and developing programs. 

  • Produced reports and/or presentations derived from literature searches and/or laboratory work. 

  • Participated in the invention of new materials for further development and ultimately commercialization.

  • Participated in the writing and editing of patent applications.

  • Produced reports that review a specific area of work.

Results

  • Working with start-up organizations from the very beginning of their programs (some for years), at least four have gone on to significant development efforts and are at or near commercialization.

  • Participated in the invention and/or patent preparation of 11 patents/patent applications for 3 different start-up companies.

  • Produced comprehensive technical review reports for two large organizations that allowed them to make much more informed business decisions.  

  • Provided significant laboratory work for multiple organizations to aid in evaluation of products to help guide business decisions.

  • Provided extensive competitive literature search and pricing information for ingredients that allowed a well established company to make well informed business decisions.
